Fast and easy Phrik Nam Sauce for Fresh Spring Rolls. Spicy, Tangy, Salty and awesome!
Phrik Nam Sauce
1/4 cup fish sauce
1/2 cup fresh lime juice
2 Thai chilis, chopped with seeds (more or less to taste)
2-3 cloves garlic, peeled and finely chopped
Mix together in a bowl. Eat drizzled over and into Fresh Spring Rolls or on your favorite Thai dish and enjoy!
