This tart and tangy sauce is great on grilled meats such as pork chops and pork tenderloin, as well as great with chicken and fish or seafood.
Makes about 1 1/2 cups
1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil
2 Tablespoons minced fresh garlic
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 cup fresh orange juice
1/4 cup fresh lime juice
2 Tablespoons fresh lemon juice
2 teaspoons kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
1. Heat oil & Spices: In a small saucepan, heat oil until shimmering. Add garlic and cumin and stir to combine. Cook 1 minute. Remove pan from heat.
2. Add Juices: Off heat, add orange juice, lime juice and lemon juice and stir to combine. (Be careful as it may splatter and bubble when added to the hot oil.
3. Season & Cook: Add salt and pepper to pan and return pan to medium heat. Stir and cook until flavors have blended together and salt has dissolved, about 2 minutes. Remove from heat.
4. Cool & Serve: Allow to cool to room temperature before serving. Enjoy.
