Fast and easy Phrik Nam Sauce for Fresh Spring Rolls. Spicy, Tangy, Salty and awesome!
Makes: 3/4 cup

1/4 cup fish sauce
1/2 cup fresh lime juice
2 Thai chilis, chopped with seeds (more or less to taste)
2-3 cloves garlic, peeled and finely chopped
1. Make Sauce: Mix ingredients together in a small bowl
2. Serve: Eat drizzled over and into Fresh Spring Rolls,on your favorite Thai dish or as a marinade for chicken or shrimp. Enjoy!
