What is Celiac’s Disease?

If you have been diagnosed with it, then you are probably aware of some of the issues surrounding such a diagnosis. The good news is that a gluten-free diet, when followed 100% without fail, can almost certainly alleviate the symptoms of celiac’s disease. The bad news is how difficult it can be for the average person to actually eat “gluten-free” 100% of the time without fail. In fact, it is nearly impossible to do without a great deal of education and dedication. Most people are used to eating at fast food restaurant drive-thrus, take-out and delivery, or buying packaged, microwave ready meals at the store and don’t have much experience shopping for ingredients and preparing food for themselves. For the most part, that way of living is NO LONGER! Get over it! Move on!
