6 large or 8 medium figs, halved lengthwise
2 Tablespoons honey
1 Tablespoon good quality balsamic vinegar
1 cup plain or honey Greek Yogurt
1. Preheat Oven: Adjust oven rack to middle position and preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Prepare Figs: Place figs in an oven safe casserole dish, skin side down. Drizzle each with honey, then balsamic.
3. Bake Figs: Bake figs 10 minutes. Remove from oven.
4. Finish & Serve: Divide yogurt evenly among serving bowl. Divide figs evenly. Serve warm. Enjoy!
