Grilled Shrimp with Tarragon Butter Sauce

Serves 4

6 Tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
1 Tablespoon finely chopped fresh tarragon
1 teaspoon  salt
1 1/2 pounds medium shrimp, peeled, deveined, and tails removed

1. Preheat Grill: Preheat grill to medium high heat or preheat pan to medium-high heat.

2. Make Butter Mixture: Mix melted butter, tarragon and salt together.

3. Coat Shrimp: Pour over shrimp and toss to coat. Let marinate at room temperature for 5 minutes.

4. Cook Shrimp: Cook on hot grill, turning after 2-3 minutes on each side for a total cooking time of about 5 minutes.

5. Serve & Enjoy: Serve these hot over rice or as finger food. Enjoy!
