4 ripe peaches
2 Tablespoons Vanilla-Fig Balsamic Vinegar (or other tasty balsamic)
1/4 cup feta cheese crumbles
1. Preheat Grill: Heat grill to medium high.
2. Prep Peaches: Cut peaches in half and remove the pit.
3. Grill Peaches: Place peach halve cut side down on a medium hot grill. Grill until char marks appear, about 4 minutes.
4. Finish & Serve: Place grilled peaches, cut side up, on a plate. Drizzle with balsamic vinegar. Top with crumbled feta cheese. Enjoy!
