Grilled Peaches with Balsamic Drizzle and Feta cheese

Grilling fresh peaches adds a savory note, with a drizzle of balsamic and salty, briny feta add a bit of zing. This is a great, gluten free dessert, perfect for those summer nights when the peaches are at their finest and the grill is going, anyway! Enjoy

Serves 4

4 ripe peaches
2 Tablespoons Vanilla-Fig Balsamic Vinegar (or other tasty balsamic)
1/4 cup feta cheese crumbles

1. Preheat Grill: Heat grill to medium high.

2. Prep Peaches: Cut peaches in half and remove the pit.

3. Grill Peaches: Place peach halve cut side down on a medium hot grill. Grill until char marks appear, about 4 minutes.

4. Finish & Serve: Place grilled peaches, cut side up, on a plate. Drizzle with balsamic vinegar. Top with crumbled feta cheese. Enjoy!
