Serves: 4 to 6

Total Time: 8 minutes

4 large ripe avocados, cut in half, pit removed, skin removed
1/4 cup fresh lime juice
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
1 teaspoon kosher salt

1. Puree Avocados: Place avocado halves in a food processor and process until avocados are smooth, scraping down sides as needed. Transfer avocado to a medium bowl.

2. Finish & Serve: Add lime juice, cilantro and salt to avocado and stir to combine. Let rest 2 -3 minutes for flavors to develop. Adjust salt if needed. Serve and enjoy!
