Simple Tomato Salsa, gluten free

This simple tomato salsa is great with chips and awesome on about anything else. Fast and fresh, you can adjust the heat with the jalapeno seeds to fire it up if you want.

2 pounds red ripe tomatoes, quartered, core removed
1 small white onion, coarsely chopped
1 jalapeno pepper, stem removed, cut in half
1/2 bunch (handful)  fresh cilantro
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt or 1/4 teaspoon table salt

1. Chop Tomatoes: Place tomatoes in a food processor and pulse several times.

2. Chop Onion & Jalapeno: Add onion and jalapeno to the processor container and pulse 1 – 2 times, scraping down sides as needed.

3. Chop Cilantro: Add cilantro and pulse 1 – 2 more times.

4. Finish & Serve: Season with salt and stir to combine. Transfer to a serving dish. Enjoy!
