2 cans (15 ounce size) white hominy, drained and rinsed
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup fresh orange juice
1 Tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin

2. Puree Hominy: Drain hominy and transfer to a food processor. Add sour cream, orange juice, oil, garlic powder and cumin. Puree until smooth. Add more juice or oil to thin consistency, if needed.
